1. Basic Provisions

1.2. Unauthorized activities such as data extraction, distribution of counterfeit EnjoyHome items, or misuse of brand identity may lead to legal proceedings under applicable Indian laws.
1.3. We retain the right to alter, pause, or cease any product or service without advance notice, though all confirmed and paid orders will be honored.
2. Products & Descriptions
2.1. EnjoyHome offers home and furniture products including tables, shoe racks, chairs, and stools. All items are subject to stock availability. Should an item be out of stock after order confirmation, we will contact you within one business day to discuss alternatives or a refund.
2.2. While we aim to provide precise product information (e.g., materials, dimensions, finish), minor variances may occur:
– Slight color differences may arise due to screen settings or lighting.
– Small deviations in size or construction may exist between production batches, with no impact on product performance.
2.3. Displayed prices include GST as per Indian law. Delivery fees are not included and will be computed during checkout based on destination and order size. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,499 (conditions apply, subject to change).
3. Payments
3.1. Full payment is required at checkout to secure your order. We accept:

3.3. Any fraudulent transaction or payment misuse may lead to order cancellation, account suspension, and legal measures under Indian law.
4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS once shipped.
4.2. Estimated delivery times:
– Metro cities: 3–5 business days
– Non-metro regions: 5–8 business days
– Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, logistics issues). Affected customers will be notified promptly.
4.3. EnjoyHome is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by courier services. However, we will assist in raising claims with the delivery partner if reported within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:
– Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels and accessories.
– Product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (evidence such as images may be required).
Customized or assembled items are not returnable unless defective.
5.2. Refund process:
– Submit a return request through your account or customer support (support@enjoyhome.in) with order number and reason.
– If the return is approved, a pickup may be arranged. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5.3. Return shipping is at customer’s cost, except in cases of EnjoyHome error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Liability
6.1. EnjoyHome shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:
– Loss or damage due to improper use or installation.
– Impacts of delivery delays on user plans or operations.
6.2. Our total liability for any proven direct loss shall not exceed the purchase value of the product in question, in compliance with Indian consumer protection laws.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
7.2. Any dispute related to these terms, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
