1. Return Eligibility When Exchange/Replacement Is Not Possible
If your EnjoyHome product (including tables, shoe racks, chairs, and stools) cannot be exchanged or replaced after delivery due to reasons such as unavailability, discontinuation, or logistical constraints, you may request a return within the designated return period.
2. Conditions for Product Returns
To return an EnjoyHome product, you must:
– Include the original packaging, all parts, and accessories (e.g., assembly tools, manuals, warranty cards).
– Securely pack the product to avoid damage during transit, especially for items with delicate finishes or structural components.
Please note: If a non-EnjoyHome product or an item not matching the original order is handed to our delivery partner in India, EnjoyHome will not be liable for any loss or damage during transport.
3. Quality Inspection During Pickup
During pickup for return or exchange, our delivery partner may conduct an on-site inspection to ensure:
– The product is genuinely from EnjoyHome.
– The product type, design, color (if relevant), and dimensions align with the original order.
– All packaging components are present and undamaged.
– The product is free from missing parts or significant physical damage.
If these criteria are not met, your request may be delayed. A new request can be submitted if the return window is still active.
4. Processing Exchanges and Refunds
– After the returned product is received and inspected at our facility in India, a replacement will be shipped to your address.
– For approved returns, a refund will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., card refund, UPI, etc.).
5. Shipping Fees for Refused Deliveries
– A fee of ₹50 will apply if you refuse delivery of an original order containing eligible EnjoyHome products.
– The same fee will be charged if a replacement or exchange order is refused after dispatch.
6. Coupon and Discount Handling for Returns
– If products bought with a coupon or discount are returned, the discount value will not be refunded, and the coupon becomes invalid for the original order.
– For valid exchanges, the same discount will apply to the new order if the coupon is still valid.
7. In-Store Purchase Returns
– Products purchased via self-service kiosks at EnjoyHome stores in India can only be returned at the same store.
– Online returns or exchanges are not accepted for in-store purchases. Exchanges are currently limited to online orders.
8. Policy for Orders with Free Items
– Returning a product that was part of a “free item” promotion may result in cancellation of the free product, even if the return is later canceled.
– COD is not available for promotional offers including free products.
– Free products received damaged, defective, or missing will not be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
