1. Delivery Coverage & Order Processing
EnjoyHome provides delivery services for furniture and home products (including tables, shoe racks, chairs, and stools) across most regions in India. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days after confirmation. We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
*Note: This processing time applies only to items from EnjoyHome’s own inventory. Products supplied by external partners may require additional time based on stock availability and handling procedures.*
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees for your EnjoyHome order are calculated based on:
– Delivery location (as per postal code)
– Selected shipping option at checkout
– Total volumetric weight and dimensions of the products (e.g., large furniture items or multi-unit orders may incur higher charges)
To view shipping costs per product, enter your postal code on the product page. The total shipping fee will be displayed in your cart and confirmed during checkout.
3. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are not refundable, even if the order is canceled or returned.
4. Service Fees
EnjoyHome may revise service fee policies and calculation methods at any time without prior notice.
5. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery duration depends on the destination and product type:
– **Metro and Tier-1 Cities**: 5–7 business days after dispatch
– **Heavy/Bulky Items** (e.g., tables, multi-unit orders): Additional 3–4 business days
– **Remote Locations**: Serviced via India Post, may take 3–4 weeks

6. Delay Liability
While EnjoyHome strives to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen events (e.g., weather, logistics partner delays, or regional disruptions) may occasionally extend delivery times. EnjoyHome cannot be held responsible for such delays.
If a shipment is significantly delayed or untraceable for an extended period, EnjoyHome may cancel the order and issue a refund for the product value (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method.
7. Address Changes
Shipping address modifications are permitted only if:
– The order is still under “Processing” status
– No items have been shipped
Note: Address changes that alter shipping costs or taxes may result in request rejection.
8. Pricing Transparency
The total amount shown at checkout includes all applicable charges (product price, GST, and other taxes). No additional fees will be requested after order confirmation.
9. International Delivery
EnjoyHome currently delivers only within India.
10. Order Tracking
After dispatch, a confirmation email with the courier name and tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
If you don’t receive it within 24 hours:
– Check your spam/junk folder
– Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated in the courier’s system
11. Failed Deliveries
Our partners will attempt delivery up to three times on consecutive business days. To avoid failed attempts:
– Provide an accurate and complete address with landmarks
– Ensure your mobile number is correct and reachable
